Ingredients: 1 cup any mayo, vegan or otherwise.; 1/4 cup tahini; 2 tbs Kikkoman wasabi sauce; 1/4 cup lime juice; 1 tbs toasted sesame oil; 1-2 tbs rice wine vinegar (or more, depending on how thin you want your dressing); salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

The best way to liven up any boring salad or veggie is to punch it in the face with flavor. I will admit that I was trying to hunt down and copy another person’s recipe when I accidentally made this. In fact, I was trying to figure out their whole salad situation and made my own.

You see what happened was… Ok not really, this isn’t a blog where I’m going to lavish you with details of like, a picky husband or something. I honestly just dumped tablespoon at a time into the immersion vessel until I got something that tasted really good. That’s how WaLT was born.
